So many people say they don't understand the plot and just hated it.Maybe they would understand if they played the game.When it wasreleased I saw the review in the New York Post and thet gave it a -D because they thought it was because they just don't get it.

Well that's why if you're going to watch a movies based on a game.. you always need to play the game first to understand it in most cases.. I understood it and never played it.it was easy to tell they were dead and that's why they saw the scary things where as her husband it was all peaceful,sunny like because he was alive.It was a good movie. critics are just supposed to be hard on movies..It's like resident evil is a good movie too but it's only natural not everyone likes the same movie.

Video game adaptions never work. Example- Resident Evil and Doom both AWFUL! OH...and SIlent Hill

It was the stupidest film Ive seen! I usually laugh at scary films to ease the nerves but this time it was just laughing because it was so ridiculous. I was actually crying in the cinema!.

It's all subjective. Something that you feel is great might not be admired by most people either out of their own personal taste or non-understanding.

I thought the movie was okay. It wasnt the best out there but it would be better if i saw it with you.

I'd played the game, but I didn't like the movie.
Difference being, the movie didn't freak me out.
