Make sure you carry a lot of kleenex. For special occassions a few lace hankies.
But seriously, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a crier. As long as you still get the job done...meaning you don't stop dead when you start to cry. Do your eyes just sorta leak? or do you full out wail? Whatever - this is you. People just have to accept that.

my shrink sez it's due to unresolved issues that are manifesting themselves at odd times ... like a freaking hallmark commercial!
