Having terrible diarrhea and not being able to stop for eternity, or having terrible constipation and not being able to go for eternity?

both are but i would have to go with diarreha for the simple reason that i could wear a diaper

As unpleasant as both are, I prefer the diarrhea. Then I can take Imodium and it goes away. It is a lot harder and it takes more time to relieve constipation.

I think I'd rather have a sore butt from diarrhea than to have my whole insides ache from being constipated

constipation, at least you can just sit and let the diarrea go but constipation you feel like $hit until you can finally take a dump and then it hurts like h3ll
