Clemente had the best arm in all of baseball. So if I read your question correctly, he was the best right fielder since thats the guy with a gun for an arm. I would have to say Kaline was a better hitter. True hitter in the clutch every time up.

Clemente is the better of the two by far. That is not a dig at Kaline who is a Hall of Famer and an excellent right fielder in his own right. Clemente could double to the gap, steal third, and score on anything hit in the air. He had a cannon for an arm and it was accurate.
So, with that said, if I had to pick, my Right Fielder would be.................Babe Ruth.

Given a choice, I would take neither. However, of the two, I guess I would take Kaline. Clemente's numbers may be a tiny bit better, but he never had the end of career decline that Kaline did, due to his death.
If I had my choice, though, I would take Frank Robinson or Hank Aaron over either.

I would take Clemente over Kaline - he was a more rounded player. You wouldn't go wrong with either.
