Open an Internet Explorer Page first, then go to TOOLS, then click on INTERNET OPTIONS, then go to GENERAL and then find the one that says ADRESS, then just type the URL you want your home page to be and then click OK.

Go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > General

Type in the URL you want to use instead....... if it's greyed out, it most likely means you have some software installed to prevent it from being changed by a Browser Hi-jack script on a dodgy webpage (e.g. "Spybot: Search & Destroy" has a feature for preventing this... which I highly recommend, as it's a pain in the **** putting it right again when it happens).
