The thrill they get from being frightened. I like too many to name a favorite. There is one that scared me so bad I will never watch it again and that is Exorcism of Emily Rose....three a.m. will never be the same again!

its the adrenaline rush that they get, their brain thinks they are really going through something then when its over the brain sends out a reward called dopamine or serotonin to send a rush of happiness and pleasure for 'winning' the battle or successfully getting away, this is why people want to win as well cause the chemicals are very addicting and its also the reason why people are 'addicted' to roller coasters when they are really addicted to the chemicals sent out. the roller coaster starts and there is a rush of adrenaline, then as you enter the end you are shaken but you are rewarded with a sense of euphoria cause your brain thinks you won and if you actually were in a fight and didn't win you would actually feel the pain even more and would be more tired, you would not get the reward or the pain killing adrenaline, its just the brains way of saying "we could have been killed!! don't lose again!!"

people love horror movies because they dont have hearts on dramas that can make them cry. I mean they just dont like to watch love and stuff. Like my dad for example, he always says dramas are gay. I dont really like horror movies since i live by myself. The last horror movie that i watched was The grudge. and yeah it freaked me out for a month on every single days, when i bathed, went bed, walked out at night, and etc. The ghost on that movie was too real for me compare to other horror movies!

People love to be scared. It can be an intense rush and it gets your adrenaline going. I would have to say my favorite scary movie would be The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

Some ppl love getting scared, just the feeling of it. I like so many scary movies I can't really name them all, I do like all of the Alien movies.

For me it is because Iam drawn to the villan most of the time,but sometimes Iam drawn to the hero and I like to think of what I would do in that situation!House of 1000 corpses,The Devils Rejects,Texas Chainsaw Massacre,Hostel,Within the walls of sleep.

I really liked amityville horror..and the exorcist..exorcism of emily rose was pretty good too.
