The Fourth Hokage being Naruto's father is all just speculation by fans. Mainly fans believe this due to that fact that they both look a lot alike. However there is no concrete fact or statement in the anime or manga that validates this claim.

Its a myth that yondaime(the forth hokage) is the father of naruto and that the reason why he sealed kyuubi(the nine tailed fox)is because he wanted to chose a young person to hold the demon so the person may lead a long normal life with out knowing that he has the demon within him (but mizuki ruined the whole thing by telling naruto about the demon)
Another popular myth is that naruto parents died before the kyuubi attack.Yondaime was the uncle of naruto and was given naruto after the death of his parents.

There is a theory about it. When the ninetails came, the hokage sealed it into a baby. I believe it's his own baby because he didn't want to use a sacrafice. They may look alike and act, but that doesn't explain enough that they are related.

nope, when naruto was born the hokage had to quickly think of a face, he could only think about himself so naruto's face changed because of the nine tail fox because of the fourth hokage

Of course not. They aren't close or anything, he is just the wise leader of the village. Naruto's Father was mudered by the nine tail fox, but that doesn't explain why he can suddenly turn into it when he rapidly build up his chakra. Well, i don't know that part, but i hope you learn from this information. Thank you!

There are a whole bunch of rumors, but if you check Wikipedia, even there it says it's just a theory. Of course with all the rumors, fan fictions, and the blonde hair, you can't help but assume they're related, huh? Wouldn't that be cool, though?

yes ......the one who sealed the nine tailed fox in narutos belly was the 4th hokage(w/c is his father) and the additional seal was made by orochimaru(when he was still a konoha ninja)
