In 2003, I worked out for 3-4 hours a day due to antidepressant induced mania. I lost 60 lbs and started gaining muscle mass.
Now, I can't wake up most of the time, but that is due to medication and not any pain as a result of excessive exercise.
Try for no more than 60-90 minutes a day.

I'm kind of getting addicted to exercising lately. I've dropped about 15 pounds in about 24 days. I was going to 24-Hour Fitness twice a day for a while, until I got the flu or cold--still can't tell the difference--but even then I've used that as an excuse to go to the sauna & steam room there to "sweat out" the microbes. Actually I think I've lost another couple of pounds due to the sickness.
So, with all that exercising, you must be hot!!! I mean...hot as in...sweating...from exercising. As in, sweat beads running down all over your body.
Gatorade®--Is IT in you?
Btw, what's a right tit?

Exercising causes your body to produce chemicals called endorphins that make you feel very good. Your brain wants to repeat that feeling because it's addictive. Have you ever heard of a runner's high? That's what they mean.
I applaud your efforts to keep yourself fit. Exercise, like anything else, needs to be done in moderation otherwise it causes you more harm than good.
You are handling your stress by channeling it all into exercise but you may be over doing it the same way some one who handles their stress by over doing their eating or drinking. It's too much.
Please speak to a professional about your exercise.

Keep doing what you are doing. People that comment on these things usually need to lose weight themselves. I'm not obsessed with working out yet, but I'm working on it. I do about five to six hours a week at the gym and some isometrics at home. If you are going to be obsessed with anything, this is the one!

No but I do like to work out. If you keep doing this you will get tired and bored of working out that you won't want to do it anymore. You don't have to workout every two hours just to stay thin. It's great that you want to stay active but don't kill yourself. Do active things that are fun, such as hiking or playing a sport, so that it's enjoyable not some that you feel you have to do just to stay thin. Exercise is about being healthy not beautiful.

The stair grasp is between the terrific machines to your thighs. Its a cardio gadget.. it in actuality appears like a extensive shifting staircase. I do it on the era putting to burn fat.. even though it additionally reallyyyyy makes my thighs sore. I used to have extraordinary cellulite remarkable under my butt cheeks and my inner thighs have been variety of baggy (it sounds nasty.. im no longer fat, yet my thighs have been a huge concern). those issues are long gone. My thighs are rather toned now. So i might propose the stair grasp on era putting on a severe point (above 13) for about 25 minutes.. in case you could attain that (its rather arduous earlier each and every thing).. greater time is much greater clever

You sound like you have a mental problem. (I'm not saying you're insane but, it's not normal to "have" to do anything every two hours except maybe piss.) Therapy didn't help me out but, it might help you. If you're getting so skinny to the point where you've turned anemic and, can't build muscle mass then you need to stop before you seriously hurt yourself. (All I did was partially replace it with another obsession.)

i'm sure your body is in its tip top best physique right now. stop worrying about working out so much. maybe get your sister or room mate to help you to not think about working out. try limiting excersing to once a day for two hours tops. just make sure you eat right too and i'm sure your weight will be just the way you want it.
