i'm looking for some really cute pieces of jewelry. nothing too expensive though. I love Forever 21's selection and I'm looking for more around that price? Any ideas?

Rue 21 has $1 jewelry sales! I have 2 pairs of earrings that were $1 each...nothing is over 7 or 8 bucks. Mandee's has lots of cute jewelry that's really cheap and they have a great selection- they have all the newest trends.

I know it may sound hokey - but try Avon....thay have affordable and also more expensive pieces and they sell to all age groups.
