Depending on the degree of your burn. Their are 3 severity's of burns. 1st and 2nd degree burns are blisters and boils that only damage the top layers of the skin. Sometimes there's a permanent scar with a second degree burn. They heal over time and eventually become invisible. The 3rd degree is the most serious. With deep tissue damage to the skin and it is burnt dark red or black. It requires surgery and the scars are permanent.

It depends on how deep it is. I got hot glue dumped on my arm when I was in 7th grade (I'm 25 now) and I still have the scar.
I also burned my wrist on a 500 degree oven and it took almost 2 years for that scar to go away. Try using mederma or emu oil. Emu oil is a fantastic healer! I had stretch marks that were purple, and now you cant see them at all. Its wonderful and worth the money. Check this website...read it...you wont regret it.

It depends on the degree of it. Usually first degree burns heal completely. Second degree may leave some scarring. Third degree WILL leave scarring.
But you can have a laser treatment to get rid of second and third degree scars. I don't think it is covered by insurance. You may need to investigate that with your company.

Yes. Keep it clean and dry. Opinions vary on whether or not to lance or burst it. Some say the fluid inside insures better healing. Others say it can harbor infection. Who knows better than a doctor? I say just keep it clean and dry. When the blister bursts (eventually it will on its own and I think that best) cover it and add an antibiotic ointment until it completely heals. Then you might want to try using coco butter to promote a return to a normal skin tone.

they make some cream you can put on the burn area when you go to sleep at night that is suppose to help, but be sure to take a shower in the morning b/c some of the creams really smell after a while.

The burn will. The scar from the burn won't.

Burns do go away. All you need is to get the required ointment at a pharmacy. My neighbour got burnt recently and her skin is back to normal!

Depends on what it is 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree burns. Ist degree only effect the skin tissue so it will heal within a week or two.

it depends on the degree you were burned and where. if its just minor you might have a scar but no big deal, if it burned past the cells that make new skin you have to get skin graphs.

Probally not. You will be scarred for the rest of your life. The best you can do is find a way to disguise it. But that really depends on the size.
