She took it all!I don't have any place to live in,my husband and I rented a flat,and she has a big big flat and a house in the same city.I am starting to feel like she is a stranger!I have a sister,but she is with the same luck.

1st of all did your father leave you or your sister w/any of the inheritance ? if so then you need to take her to court!!if not then your father did not leave you anything then you don't get anything @ all

Your mother has no responsibility to give you anything. She raised you, you have your own family. She is NOT responsible for your husband and you. . . YOU are responsible for that. Your jealousy and greed are not only inappropriate but bloody selfish. Your father and mother earned what they had and your mother deserves to use it any way she sees fit and its NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS how she spends the money. However, it IS your responsibility to keep in contact with your family (including your mother) and respect her wishes regarding the inheritance. You should NEVER bring up the subject. Go out and earn your OWN lifestyle.

Its her's to do with the way she wants. Perhaps she knew she couldn't count on her selfish greedy daughter to help her out if she wasn't able to take care of herself. Grow up.

There should be laws for situations such as yours.Get an attorney, seek an injuction, and threaten to sue.

You can't make your mother give you anything. In this world you have to earn what you get. No one hands you anything. Do you and your husband have jobs?? Please don't wait for your mother to give you money to live, it won't happen, I know!!

your mother was his next of kin & he left her enough to live on for the rest of her life. afterall your married and it's up to your husband to take care of you now.

Well, if the money is left to your mother it is left to your mother there is nothing you can do about it. If there was money left to you and she's keeping it from you, then you can take her to court.

you can't make her give you anything...if your dad wanted you to have it he would have stated it that way in his will....if he didn't have a will, then your mom is fully entitled to spend it as she pleases.
