Triple H is one of the best heels of all time. Next to that, I'd say Ric Flair..and Edge is doing a pretty good job too.
Cena was ALOT better as a heel in my opinion.
And Undertaker was a good heel during his American Bad *** gimmick as well.
But when you look at it, Triple H has gotta be the best heel. He has charisma, good mic skills, and knows how to get the crowd against him(or with him).

The best heels of all time were the Dudley Boyz back when they used to wrestle in ECW. They could just piss off a crowd so bad that theyd be scared to get get theyre cars cuz of angry fans
I mean theyd just do anything to get heat. Insult the fans, Swear at them, spit on them, hit them EVERYTHING. I wish WWE could afford to get a gimmick like that. That would be a great heel gimmick but that would get WWE in somedeep shi t. Lol

My Opinion:
"The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase.
"Eveybody has a price for the Million Dollar Man."
This guy would bring out "fake" Undertakers. Would offer a kid in the audience $100 to bounce a basketball 10 times in a row, then kick it on the 9th. Would wrestle a "jobber" and knock him out with the Million Dollar Dream, then stuff a $100 bill in his mouth...Then have Virgil take it back. This guy had CHARISMA..

hogan when he was hollywood hulk hogan in the NWO. fans would shower the ring in trash every night when he was talking. he played the heel role to the fullest. he cheated whenever he could, he even spray painted the world heavyweight championship belt with the NWO letters. he'd use spray pain and spray it in his opponents eyes, and constintly told the fans that they could go to hell. he was the greatest heel of all time.

had to be Rowdy Roddy Piper.Everyone absolutely hated him.Pipers Pit was my favorite part of the show back then.Every week he would insult and usually assault his guests.One week he had a jobber named Frank Williams on there,he said"how does it feel to lose every match"and then beat the daylights out of him.Who could forget the Superfly Jimmy Snuka coconut incident.The fans spit on him and threw things at him on his way to the ring.
