Considering that its fact that very short men have much harder lives than the general population (make less money, date much much less - if at all, or remain an involuntary virgin for life)) - would any of you ladies abort your fetus if you knew that (he) was only going to grow up to 5'3". State your answer and a rational reason.
Notes: I mean if you hypothetically knew that IT WAS going to be a guy.
If I was a girl I would abort him because personally, as a short guy at 21, life sucks!!!! - no girl (23 girls I asked out so far) has ever given me a chance even with all the confidence that I have. Everyday is constant suffering in my computer room hoping for a quick painless death. I wish I never existed.

I like short guys, my bf is 5'6. I had a crush on a guy shorter than that. I know I'm not the only girl out there that likes short guys, so don't feel bad. But I'd abort any fetus, because I don't want kids. Height wouldn't be a factor.

No... only superficial girls can't see past the height or weight of someone. I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm 5'10... sometimes life gets hard being as tall as I am for a girl? And I'm still growing? The guy I've had a crush on since mid-April is about that tall - maybe 5'5 - ... he is the most incredible guy, and he dates plenty of girls because he's got the most awesome sense of humour of anyone I know. I would date someone regardless of whether they were shorter or taller or whatever... and I wouldn't abort my foetus.
Honey, you need to stop thinking such negative thoughts... to me, that sounds a bit desperate that you've asked that many girls out. It's cool that you have confidence, but a girl should have confidence too. My last two boyfriends, I made the first move and asked them out.... and I promise, it will happen. Just aim to be the classical "nice guy", and girls will flock to you. Make them laugh, make them smile, and be the shoulder they can lean on sometimes.... you'll get heaps of dates.

I think that aborting a baby because of hieght is a horrible idea. I wouldnt abort because the baby had blue eyes and I wanted brown or the baby had a birthmark. I feel bad for you but without trying to give you a bigger complex maybe do you think it could be a reason other than your hieght. im 5'9' married to a guy 5'5' he is the love of my life. Get some confidence, then ask a girl out,. No real women is attracted to a guy who doesnt believe in himself. You are probaly a great guy who just isnt giving the right signals. No, definately not. I myself was in an uncomfortable situation. I did abort a fetus. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about my decision. Having an abortion for a reason like that just appalls me. A short guy may not date as much, but you know what, it doesn't matter how much you date, it matters that you find the right person. Two people don't fall in love because of how tall they are, they fall in love because of how well they get along.

I'm sorry you suffer so much because of your height (I know guys shorter than you, by the way). Have you considered moving to a country where women are shorter, like a Latin American or Asian country?
There is no freedom without options. Exercise your options. If you want a girl, go find her. Go to online dating websites and look for girls who are shorter than you. Maybe you will find her in the U.S., maybe in a different country. I found my husband in a different country.
You have the right to be happy, so go look for happiness in other places. You may find it if you're courageous.

are you retatrded? I dont have any kids and I would never have an abortion for any reason. Dont want a baby close your legs dont want a short baby stop doing short men!!! being short is NOT all that bad. I am 5'2" and I get things done just perfectly! So I would have to say NOOOO! My kids are SHORT as well and they seem NOT to have any trouble and I would have NEVER gave them up like that. Hun, if you feel that low about your self about being short than you must have other issues in life that you are NOT sharing. Hun I think you may need some therapy if your willing to murder a baby just cause hes gonna be a bit short. You should realy concider seeing a specialist and talking about some things. I will pray for you.

I'm with kak here. I would abort any foetus as I am also childfree. Height would be irelevant.
Besides, I don't think there is a way to tell what height a particular foetus would be years down the road.
