It's possible, but it depends on all kinds of factors and not just global warming!
The Earth goes through cycles or oscillations when the temperature increases and decreases, some last 7 years others last 100s of years! We could be just heading for the warmer phase of a particular cycle.
However, global warming is an important factor which must be having an effect on the temperature and cannot be ignored.

Guaranteed, Hotter and Hotter, Not only that the sea is rising Higher and Higher (Fact), I live on a boat and can see the global warming changes daily - it is played down by politicians the world over - The world is changing too fast, and not for the better as far as many things and climate is one of them.

Unfortunately yes, due to global warming. It might be a good thing in the UK, but in Baghdad a couple of days ago the temperature was 49 degrees!

Ask the people in the know and I don't mean the weathermen. It's usually silly people, oh I don't know, like fishermen or farmers or such, cos they have to know cos of certain reasons, so that line of thinking.

I think it's gonna be a rerun of this summer for Texas. Hopefully we'll get more rain by that time.
