Yes it was great (and so was mr Angry) now Steve Right in the Afternoon is on Radio 2 its not so good. Bring back the 80's

Wasn't he the first radio DJ with a posse? Swiftly followed by Simon Mayo, Chris Evans and now that boring Chris Moyles? None of them ever got it quite right. Mayo was probably the best. Steve Wright still emulating Simon Bates crossed with Kenny Everett on Radio Twoooooooooo.

God, even worse. Listen to Jo Whiley do the 'Our Tune' slot these days. She should know better.

Steve Wright was great on Radio 1 and I think he continues to be great on Radio 2!

I can only listen to Steve Wright in small doses after which he starts to annoy me. Just now and again he sounds like a wannabe American, and the people who co-present are just a little too self congratulatory for my tastes.

Yes I remember it was on as I was going out to work. He is now on radio 2 at 2pm, it's a bit different now though.

he is now on radio 2 every afternoon from 2 o clock and sunday morning 9 oclock
