If you quit feeding it, it will quit pooing.

If it relatively is at time-honored room temperature, it would be heat adequate in maximum circumstances. you ought to upload slightly extra bedding. i'd definetly seperate the two incase its an ailment (somewhat than genetic or poisioning or injury), so the different hamster isn't contaminated. call your vet and set up an emergency appointment, when you consider that hamsters can take a turn for the extra severe somewhat immediately and you unquestionably would desire to discover out what's affecting the detrimental subject.

I've had several hamsters, handled them a LOT, so they weren't afraid of me at all. Hamsters are gross, they always poop on you, nothing will make it stop. That's why I won't keep them as pets anymore, don't want a pet that thinks I'm a toilet. Rats are cool, though, had several, and they NEVER pooped on me. Yep, as far as rodent pets go, rats are the way to go.

LOL what's with the crazy poop smearing ferret guy?

stick the poo to the wall. sounds gross i know, but the ferret will not be able to sniff it if you smear it high enough. so they will stop pooing in your home if they think it is a perhaps, flying, animals poo. they will let go of territorial issues and remain submissive to your wishes of no pooing in the home. then pinesol will do the trick of cleaning and deodorizing your walls. trust me. i had the same problem with chi-chi, my 7 month old ferret. my knowledge came from a specialist I had come across in a diner one morning. i sure thank him. my home is now poo free and doesnt have a funny smelling odor, per say.

Lets see. My hamster had the same problem. I think it might be a disease called Wet Tail. You can usually get some at pets stores.

The only thing i think of is it might be scared, or its its way of telling you to leave him alone. lol

I wouldnt want to spend that much money either.

But maybe if you keep him out, even after he poos he will start getting used to it.

Well, when you have a pet, you have to take care of it. Now, you have two options, either try giving it an anti-diarrhea medicine, or take it to the vet. That's it, cut and dry.

Hamsters do that a lot. It may not like being picked up, either.

hamsters especially small ones will "go" if they are scared or nervous.. that might be it for yours... also younger hamsters go more often than adults so that could also be the issue
