I would say zero, getting caught with it, buying, attempting to buy etc - I would say we will miss you dearly. Do you know one of the reasons why crime rate is so low in Cuba, life in jail is worse than life outside. If you want a legal high, smoke some of those Cuban cigars.

Other countries laws on cannibas are stricter than here.
If caught you aint comin back....
Theres a story about a student in China, got caught with it, death penalty.Family didnt understand why they couldnt do anything.
Your in their country go by their rules
