yes. i dont know how much 80 pounds is though. but if you pee in the street you should get a fine.

I always understood that you could pass water in the street if you were in pain but youi had so call "in pain in pain" as you did it. About 2 years ago I was having some prostate problems. It was being treated with drugs and my Dr said to me if you need to go then go even if you are on the motorway just pull over and go. I ws in a strange town and I did need to go and I saw a toilet so I stopped and went and got a parking ticket.

Absolutely. You should never piss in the street. Not only is it rude but it is also disgusting. You are old enough to know how to hold it until you can find the loo.

No i personally dont, ill be honest i piss in the street a bit, and to me is just like marking your teritoty. I have no problem with it. man has been pissing where ever he wanted since the dawn of cration, why stop now>

No, its not fair. They should have made you clean up the mess with your shirt and place a poster on your back and chest "I AM A PEE MOP" and let anybody, who wants to pee on urgent basis (Lol), in your pockets.
