Finding addresses?

What can i put into my engine search (words or web sites) that will help me find a past and previous forwarding address of someone? From my previous questions, My husband was adopted and is trying to find his mother. We know her old address from 10 years ago, and we found his biological father's last address, but we cant seem to find the present recent forwarding address. Any suggestions?
