The China Russia alliance is no where near as strong as the US, Canada, Japan, India and UK alliance. In fact much of Russia and Chinas' arms build up over the years were due to each other not us.

I would not want to wake Japan up. Look what they did before and during World War 2. Of course they had a Military Government then but I still would not want to have them against me, The U.K. is not to be messed with the way it looks right now they do whatever the U.S. wants them to do. As far as India and Canada is concerned I don't really think they are a real threat to anybody, However you forgot Israel in the mix of those allies. Can't count them out as a main allie.
Now China I would not want to mess with. Remember Teniman Square when the Communist Government slaughtered all their own citizens for speaking out against the Government? China is a sleeping giant. Imagine 3 million screaming Chinese coming toward you with the intent to kill you. As far as Russia is concerned they are not half the super power they used to be during the cold war. But still a force to be reckoned with. In my opinion as far as who's the more powerful it would be a no win situation for either side. America has now probably the most battle hardened soldiers right now so experience is a plus. The ultimate would be China and America....Super Allies!

This is a dated question. China & Russia are not really that allied--and never had been. . .even under Communism. The US, UK, Japan & Canada have been traditional allies. India is a relative newcomer to that group.

I think you should regroup the allies for the chinese to include North Korea and Iran...which in turn means most of the asian and islamic world will be included. I still have no problem believing the United States and her Allies could defeat them because of our technology and our people. I know we have some weakening in our resolve at the present time do to the Islamic(oops I mean liberal)media..but I think if we were facing a more straightfoward and tangible threat.(although i view terrorism as that, many don't) the citizens in this country would wake up!!!

The US, UK, Japan, and India. Canada is not a powerful country so thats why I did not include it in the listings.
This group is more powerful mainly because all the economic and political strengths lie with the US and UK.

As long as the US has the will to use its full power, which is not often these days, the rest of the list is not important.
