I think its sad we have this in our world and I think its the worst crime that could be committed... a 2 year cant defend itself!
In Australia they only get 2 -3 or maybe 5 years jail which annoys me even more!! Some say its so they get a harder time in prison but.... I hate the fact they get released.
Your idea sounds great!! But I would take a blow tourch to their private area then tie them the my horse as I work into a gallop (for a few hours).... After that I would brand their forehead then tie them to back of my bull for a few hours (hes name is Gigilo and he is 2 tonnes of muscle!).... then I would shot them twice and leave them to bleed to death...
Still not sure that is enough punishment!

That sounds good. I personally would cut off his privates, skin him alive, and put him in a tub full of vinegar or alcohol. Then I would drag him behind a truck through the roughest area I could find. Then I would do the Chinese torture and let slow drop of water at a time hit a single spot on his forehead repeatedly while he was lying down until a tiny hole had been bored through his skull. The pressure would eventually do that, while slowly making him lose his mind. Not that he had one in the first place. I usually would never consider that kind of torture, but there are some cases in which I could forsake any human compassion at all.

If so, even though I don't believe in the death penalty, I would have to agree with your way. NOTHING gets to me more than hurting a child ! And what he did is the worst thing possible !
I can't think of a better punishment !
But. knowing that that won't happen, I say put him in a Texas prison,in a tiny cell with a big ol' guy named Bubba, who would teach him what NOT to do to babies. ( over and over and over again ! ) Then pass him around to all the other guys, until the day he gets out, or dies first ! ( NO SOLITARY CONFINEMENT !!!!!

I could think of a few interesting ways, none of which are appropriate for posting on this site. I like your method but do it with a butter knife, it is dull it would hurt more.Then this: Wrapped in black electrical tape, Tied to a stake in the middle of the desert, Eyelids removed.

I'd enact the SAME punishment on him - let every biker dude I know rape the crap out of him until his insides are so pounded that he dies from internal bleeding!! Then I'd stuff a teddy bear up his @ss so he could remember the baby he killed for all eternity!

That's an option but I mean if he stays in prison until they put him to death the prisoners would probably do something similar to what you're talking about. He deserves a horrible punishment so I guess I'll agree with you! ♥

He should be executed. Death Sentences do not deter crime if they did murder rates would be near 0.
It is a shame no one found out this boy had these obvious mental abnormalities before a baby was killed.
Execution in this case is justified.

Wow. That's sad. too sad. What goes through the mind of someone like that, I'll never know. I don't wanna know why he did what he did. That's sick. How would I punish him? I can't even begin to think of what I'd do to him. Fortunate for him, we live in a civilized society.

If you know this for a fact and he did it and you can prove it, this is the kind of case that deserves to be tried and convicted in a court of law. There is rape and murder all rolled into one.
