Any blog and web page that uses html allows this code:
to put an image in. It has to go to an image that is already uploaded somewhere though (photobucket I think is one place that lets you link to images).
Example: 
You can also specify a size by saying img height="200" img width="200" or whatever you like.
Try clicking the link if it appears like a link and taking off the % sign portions - it looks like Yahoo Answers blocks putting pictures in answers. It should be an image of Cailoux

Yes try to change the file type with Photoshop or even Paint. And I am not sure if you can put links to images on Myspace but if you can, get an account from PhotoBucket.

you can upload jpeg to MS.
be mindful of the size. it will not accept extremely large files.

hmm.. why cant you upload jpeg photos?? that's new.. anyway, there are still a lot of options.. u can cahnge then into GIFor PING file

Are you talking about for a profile picture or just a picture on your page. To get one on your page get a image host account, like photobucket.com
