reset your ipod via sliding the carry button from unlocked to locked and back. then press and carry the menu key and the middle key for more beneficial or less 6 seconds the apple icon will then seem and it would want to be fastened =)

it looks ridiculous...and if the website actually has to say "this is not a scam!", then it most likely is a scam. either that, or the ipods you get are a piece of crap.
