Its hard to believe that he done it for several reasons. First, he said he picked her up from school but it happened over Christmas break. Second he said that it pains him to talk about it. Well if it bothered him that much and he loved her as much as he says he did then why, IF he really did it, did he sit on it for 10 years? There are several questions to be asked about his confession. To be honest i still think the parents had something to do with it. It just seems funny that Jon Ramsey goes in the house by himself the comes out like two or three Min's later with JonBenete in his arms dead. Anyone else think its kind of funny how that happened?

This guy might be a perve, but he's a wannabe perv. He may have only thought of, but never did, anything against young girls.
Thinking about screwing 6 year old girls, planning to screw 6 year old girls and ACTUALLY screwing 6 year old girls are 3 different things and only ONE of them is illegal.
IF we can acutally PROVE he did it. then send him to Guantanimo! Put him in a cell with Muslim Terrorists. Tell THEM what he did and let's see just how Good Allah is!

It is, in my opinion unlikely that he did this horrible act. Almost EVERY high profile homicide has random, unstable people confessing to it. Sometimes they have to weed through the false confessions to figure out if any of them are good candidates. He certainly does not behave as one would expect, were he actually guilty.
It would be great if they can definitively link him to this case. I know everyone, myself included would like to see the real perpetrator caught and prosecuted.

Ok, we have this guy in Thailand being held on charges of molesting a little girl where the penalty is much harsher then murder in this country. And we have his ex wife who says that he wasn't even in the same state when the murder happened.
No, I think it's a cop out to get out of Thailand and having his sack chopped off.

With the limited information we do have I would lean towards he did not do it. However there must be something to his claims otherwise why arrest him? I will take a wait and see attitude for now but I think hes just a crackpot!

The guy confessed too eagerly.
They've been saying there are people who admit to crimes they didn't commit just for the attention it gives them.
Something in his eyes are saying he's a shady character either way.

There's a lot of speculation right now. My thought is that he did not do it but is just an attention seeker. I really need more factual information.
