There is no way you can attach a picture to a question or answer. You can add a link to it but pictures of personal ads or innapropiate pictures are a violation to this site.

Just make sure you don't advertise or anything that is listed here: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php

I got this answer from someone else. So here goes....
Highlight the link in the address bar,press CtrlC to copy it, go back to where you are typing your answer and use CtrlV to paste it in. When you go to preview the link should come up in blue so you know it has worked. I hope this makes sense to you.
