I have tried the Laundry..no luck.
I have tried the dryer..no luck
I have tried the dishwasher with the cap holder designed to keep the caps shape....shrunk so bad the hat no longer fits.
I have never found any way to clean them but with a damp cloth.
Good Luck.

If you are referring to baseball caps...yes. There is actually a baseball cap dryer so that the cap doesn't lose it's shape. Go to a sporting goods store and check them out.

Yes, but it is best done by hand. Running them through a washer and dryer can cause damage.

Not washing them can cause build up of skin flakes, oil and dirt that gives bacteria and things like lice a great place to breed.

I don't because they shrink. That's proably why mine is so nasty.
