does anyone know how to reprogramm a toner cartridge chip for Konica Minolta 1400W, or who does it for money ?

look on ebay ...they selling the meter chip + toner refills.

Uh. Why?
If you are doing your own refills on the cartridge then that info was included with the toner filler.
