No and a firm NO.The Prime Minister or any Chief Minister alone cannot stop bribery in Govt. offices.Thy cannot stop in their own offices leave alone all Govt.offices. It is a national disease which has into the blood stream of the people and it is only possible by a change in the out look of the people.People r selfish to the core and cannot appreciate the ill affects of the corruption on the nation.we have to live with it till the reformation takes place.Let us all hope that things work out for the better in the coming years.

No, Never In India.

They themselves have appointed crooks as their aides. They have corrupt colleagues like Natwar Singh, Kumari Sailaja (associated with fake PSU), Shibu Soren (Bribary expert), lalu yadav(Fodder expert), Sahabuddin, Montec Singh Ahluwalia(got appointed his son after exerting pressure), P. Chidambaram(wife was reprimanded for doing job for a Tax Evader), Mayawati, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Jaylalita (diproportionate asset cases). How bribery can be stopped.

When the people collectively decide to end bribery and other corruption, it will end. Until then, one person or a hundred people won't be able to do anything about it.

NO,change should come from people..then only a good leader can be elected.then only,he is intrested to decrease this bribery,,butits not easy..it become daily activity to them. PM and CM have chance to reduce but they also can.t stop it.
