I live in the uk and my father came from Gent Belgium,Im sick of the UK is it worth moving to Gent,Im 58 yrs old and recently visited Gent and enjoyed it for 10 days,loved it.

I was in Flemish Belgium with Raf in late 80's. Clean, never see a drunk, all speak English though have a go at Flemish. Carnival air about the place though can be bitterly cold in winter. If you want to know more then send us an e-mail

I first visited belgium with a friend in 99.

He now lives in Brussels and I love going to visit.

It is a beautifull cultured country.

i have friends over in belgium who say how great the country is especially the health service and banks......... i've been over a few times and the people are really friendly and sincere.....
