Well, recent studies show that thinner/prettier/handsomer people usually get the job. And depending on the industry, age discrimination plays into it also.
Three-piece suits are pretty much out for job interviews unless you're applying for an attorney in a prestigious law firm.

Regardless of your physical attributes of weight, height, eye color, hair color etc, if you are clean and well-groomed with not overwhelming perfume or soap odor (forget the Irish Spring!) and have the required education and experience, then the only thing you need is to know how to create rapport with the interviewer. See Nathan Blaszak's website, he'll come right up if you Google him, he has several articles on how to create rapport. Best wishes.

certain, planets contained in the first that are conjunct the ascendant would have an outcome on your visual charm. I have Pluto contained in the first, even with the undeniable fact that this is not conjunct my Ascendant, so i do not extremely see it in my visual charm. I do have Mars and the solar both conjunct the Ascendant, even with the undeniable fact that, i'm nevertheless not sparkling as to how which could ensue, they're contained in the twelfth living house, even with the undeniable fact that, (even even with the undeniable fact that my solar is really close to to the first) so i do not understand what which could entail. Edit: properly, my hair is brown, even with the undeniable fact that it does have a reddish glow to it, and that i do walk in an aggressive way. i am going to believe that. even with the undeniable fact that, I have Libra growing, and solar conjunct Ascendant, and that i'm not tall. : (

Yep. They discriminate like every other aspect of society - based on race, weight, attractiveness, this is very true.
