In June of 2006 I ordered a screen door. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks because they had to order them from manufacturer. I cancelled my order and asked for refund of my check that they sent through with very speedy results. They then told me I would receive my money on Friday. That was the begining or July. I have made several phone calls talked to several people I could not hear, nor understand. Who told me I would receive my check on Friday. As of today, I have not received the screen door nor my money back. They keep saying 'Sorry'
Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
