Yes, the WB and UPN combined to form the CW. They picked their best shows for the new season. Some shows that were somewhat good were cancelled due to lack of space.

I think it did. Look for cancelled shows on the web. That's how I do it.

YES IT GOT THE BOOT. I HATE IT TO I LIKED THE SHOW.
