I mean like drills and like running and stuff. Not like playing basketball. Not like lay-up tricks or anything.

Lift for strenght. Run sprints (repeat 100m sprints) for quickness and conditioning. Work on footwork on jumpshots and post moves. Swimming will get you in shape and is a good way to work out without impact. Do dribbling drills. Do squat jumps in the shallow end of a swimming pool to help with your vertical jump height and how quick you get off the floor. Jump back and forth laterally as quick as possible over a short cone for laterall quickness. Drink beer and go to parties so you don't get burned out.

I suggest placing a trampoline in the center of the court.
As you run from one side of the court to the next,
jump onto the trampoline and jump off to train your coordination.
