he wasn't an original xmen. if came so much later, yet so many want him in xmen movies. yes he was cool. he was a love sick nut like longshot was. bad enough the movies mess up to many key issues in the comics.

beast was in no# 2 as a man on tv scene fighting for the right of mutants , only he was human looking. the producer said he wouldn't do no# 2 if beast wasn't in it somewhere. i should know i got to do the online chat with toad,sabertooth, rogue and mr.singer. he said it on that. after they did the fox sneak peak.

I agree.
The movies WERE horrible. They basically stole Chris Claremont's ideas and bastardized them into these god-awful, watered down versions of what once were good stories.
The characters are not the same, the histories have been changed around SO much, and No, we do not need to see Gambit.

lots of the characters are from the faster generations. gambit didnt make the team till finally Uncanny X-adult males #266 (1990) lots of the characters in all the action pictures have been earlier 1990. his call did make a cameo visual appeal in Xmen 2 while Mystique develop into interior the Strikers place of work on the laptop i think of an AoA action picture could be severe high quality

Heisn't one of the original ones but still he's one of the favorites. Beast was an original and he didn't come out until the third one,and that worked out ok. So order of aperience on comics doesn't really matter. I personally think he should've appeared( or should, who knows?).

I find Gambit to be a painfully annoying character. The less I see of him, the better.
