I love them all. I tend more toward the semi-precious stones like peridot, citrene, amethyst and garnet. I also like the opaques like lapis,turquoise, and chalcedony. The only stone I don't like is opal and that is for its bad luck. Gee, maybe I should be a gemologist.

I LOVE malachite and garnet. I have a garnet ring that I wear all the time. tiger eye is cool, especially when you get into the different colors - brown, red and blue. and I would LOVE to own a star sapphire ring. they are so beautiful.

garnet, a gorgeous rich ruby red, and happily also my month/birth stone. Then I like the aquamarine.
