When responding to a website email address, Outlook Express uses my Clearwire email. How do I make Yahoo my only provider?

It sounds like you want to make yahoo as your default mail system. If this is the case, then the standard approach to choose the default email program is to go to the Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> E-Mail in Internet Explorer or if you are using another browser, you will need to check the preferences for mail system.

To have e-mail capability you have to have connection to the Internet! The firm that you contract with to provide you with Internet capability is you ISP. Your network card, router, modem all have their own address, no two net workable devices
have the same address, (MAC Address).

Net workable items on the Internet are also assigned a Internet Protocol (IP) address. These are the address that networks use to find the destinations on Internet traffic.

Software that supports E-Mail capability allows you to send e-mail and receive e-mail to only the software from which the e-mail was created.

You decide which one you want to use! If you only use Yahoo when sending e-mail, then that will be the e-mail address your e-mail contacts will have, thus the only one that they will be able to use.

Your issue is that you send e-mails from other sources than yahoo. If you only want one, then use only the one that you want.
The world will then have no choice.
