Absolutely. Pink Floyd is probably the greatest band ever to play and trancends generations. Kids of 15 and 16 are buying Pink Floyd albums made before they were even born.

Yes I do and depending on what you like they kind of have something for everyone
I mean Syd Barret Pink Floyd has one sound as does Roger Waters Pink Floyd etc.
They have upbeat songs and melancholy songs
Overall a great band

I like them.
PULSE is good.
Anything else post-Roger... not so much. The songs are better infused with the energy from the audience.
And a rule: You can only listen to Echoes in it's entirety 2 times an hour. You Floydians will know what I mean ;D
I don't like some of the older stuff (only 2 songs I like on Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Astronomy Domine and Interstellar Overdrive, the rest sounds like kid's music on drugs)
My favorite song has to be Hey You, though. I just like how it builds slowly until you get the whole band in there. I like Sheep, too. Some of Rick's finest work on that album (Animals) and then Roger tosses the lad out on his butt. I think Rick crushed Roger's ego. :(
There are plenty of songs I love from them, and some I don't. (I want to tell you a story about a little man if I can). Rick's probably my favorite band member, he was like Floyd's George Harrison. He was the quiet one. It baffles me that he doesn't sing much, his singing on Time was gorgeus.

Are you kidding me. I love Pink Floyd. I think Roger waters is a great singer and gilmor is a great guitarist. I really hope they get back together. Some of my favorite albums are: Dark Side of the Moon, Wish you were Here, and the Wall. Some of my favorite songs are: have a cigar, shine on you crazy diamonds, and money. a truely great band

Of course!!!! I live in Orange county and the famouse Griffith Observatory in LA used to do a laser light show to Pink Floyds music.. it was the best!!! Miss that, they have been remodeling the observatory since 2001.

Floyd is the greatest band ever.....them and Led Zeppelin, but you really can't compare the two- they are different types of music

Yes. Especially Meddle, Wish You Were Here, and Animals. Live Ummagumma really great too. "Pop" like Darkside and Wall are good.
