The longest I personally have lived in a gay relationship was about 6 months.
I know friends who have been together for an excess of about 10 years, and some even more than that.

I lived with my first ex for 3 years. I can be a bit of a neat freak but when I work for a living and all he had to do was sit on his butt and collect the 'fare I was too tired to come home and clean. He never liked doing housework. One reason I left him. My current bf and I have only been living together for 2 months. But this one cleans. ;-)

My wife and I have been a lesbian couple for over 2 and a half years now. We are going to plan to have a child in a few years when a good gay man would like to donate some of his healthy baby serum for me to inject into my wife.

I'm an old fart and I NEVER lived with a lover. Sometimes we spent 2 or 3 nights a week in each other's home, but I have never been in a situation where the other guy gave up his home or I gave up mine to live together.
Sigh....I don't think I could do it today...too set in my single guy ways.
