awww yes my hubby does offer to carry my purse if I'm busy doing something, little things like that shows he cares and they're priceless.

Yes I offer to hold my wifes purse all the time. I am secure with myself enough to do it. Before when I was younger I would never hold a purse cuz I thought it was degrading. But now a days a relationship is a team effort and helping one another is key in having a healthy relationship. Holding my wife's purse is just another way of saying I love you. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the one time I didn't hold her purse she threw it across the store w/c was a good 200 meters and hit me in the head like a heat seeking missle. My love for her and her pinpoint accuracy in hitting me in the head from a distance of over 200 meters helps me remember to hold her purse anytime she needs my help.

Usually a woman needs to ask before I'll hold her purse. I've noticed that a girlfriend will get irritated if I don't offer. Maybe I should learn?
One person I know has a strict "I will not hold your purse" clause with his girlfriends. I've even seen this in action: "x, hold my purse please", "that's one of the conditions of us dating; I will not hold your purse!"
By the way, I think that men who do not want to hold a purse for a girlfriend are unconciously rebelling against mothers who made them hold stuff for them in public.

I don't see anything wrong with holding a woman's purse. It,s when they ask you to get something out of there purse that scares me. No telling what you'll find in there.

Of course I ask women to hold their purses. I just don't give it back.

My husband is so frickin awesome he has NO fear of holding my purse, going to the store to buy me pads, he even had to help me use the restroom after I had major surgery! He is completely secure in his man hood and would do anything for his girl!

My husband always holds my purse when I ask him to but he refuses to hold it by the strap.

Yes my man holds my purse with thinking twice. All I have to say is here hold this please and he wil carry it untill I ask for it back.
