Yes. You now have AIDS of the eyes. The only way to live is to remove them, preferably with a sanitized spoon... You have 5 minutes. Go.

AIDS(Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome) is not a disease that spreads through touch, let alone viewing. Aids spreads in four ways:
1. Unprotected sex i.e. having sex with an AIDS infected person withount using a condom.
2. Through blood transfusion i.e when the blood that is injected into a patient is infected with AIDS as the donor had AIDS.
3. When the needles used by an AIDS infected person(for example a person injecting drugs) is used by another person.
4. From an AIDS infected mother to her child during pregnancy.
Other than the above, there is no other proven way to getting infected with AIDS. Mind you, many people take precautionary measures i.e not using the plates and glasses used by the AIDS patients. But it is not yet proven that AIDS can be transmitted through saliva.
So, don't worry. You will not get AIDS solely because you you looked at your brother's mouth. Even if you did get some on your shirt, it ain't a matter of bother at all!!

First, does you brother even have AIDS?
Secondly, you could be infected if, for example, you had an open wound on your hand and touched the bleeding sore with your open wound. In that situation, you would need to be tested.

Does your brother have AIDS? You can't get it from looking at anything, anyways.

First, your brother would have to be HIV+. Then you would have had to share body fluids with him. You could have done that if you had an open sore on your hand and his blood got on the sore. Otherwise, if you were just looking you wouldn't have been able to contract the virus. Always wear latex gloves to protect yourself around blood- those are universal precautions to use with any exposure to body fluids.

No... why does he have AIDS? You can't even get AIDS unless you are with someone else who has it. You can get it though if he has it and you got his blood into a cut on you or if you had sex with someone who has AIDS.

No.
If your brother has AIDS, you can talk to his doctor about any concerns you might have and he'll tell you the truth about AIDS.
