It will be Japan next, then China and India will be close.
It is DPRKs(North Korea) fault, and indirectly China's. China pulled the strings for North Korea's actions that have convinced the Japan to ramp up their own JDF, and most of the world is approving, except a couple who really don't want Japan to develop a better Nuclear Weapon. Too bad China, You Knew what Japan was capable of when you started this.
The BRIC countries will continue to be attractive to investors, but Brazil and Russia are just too corrupt, and their players too unpredictable.

The coming century will see a power struggle between the Old World of Europe and America losing their power and dominace to the Majority World. You gotta remember folks, we're less then a quater of the worlds population, and we run the show. Our time is coming to an end, its inevitable
