So, me and my boyfriend have been trying to have a baby. A couple weeks ago we had sex on my most fertile day. I thought that would be a sure fire pregnancy, but I woke up this morning and my stomach is killing me and I am spotting. What does this mean?

that is a good sign. you spot when the fertilized egg implants into your uterus.
i spotted when i got pregnant it is VERY normal. i would make an appointment with your doc.
take a test in two to five days.

maybe the spotting is implantation spotting, its when the egg attaches itself to the uterine wall. i dont know what you mean by your stomach killing you, but sometimes you can have slight cramping from the uterus stretching itself for the fetus to grow. either way , you should go to the drugstore, when it's almost time for your period to start, get a first response pregnancy test. if you feel like your still having problems, go see your doctor.

One of 3 things 1. You can still be pregnant and spot. 2. Your not pregnant and you having your period. 3. Your having a miscarriage. Be patient time will tell.

could be the start of your period but the only way to tell if you're pregnant is to take the test or go to the doc and have them check
