Cosmetics are different, but so are the racquet specs. The PD Roddick is heavier 11.7 oz vs 11.2 and stiffer. This equates to slightly more power. A heavier and stiffer racquet creates a more solid and heavier ball than a lighter racquet. The swingweight of the Roddick is also a little higher so it may not be quite as manuverable at net. Be aware that these are both stiff frames and you need to be careful with the string type you choose so as not to create elbow issues.
