You may be completely infatiuated with this person but true love is shared. It is not true love unless it is reciprocated...at least this is my opinion. That said, I would go up to the person and say "I think you're interesting and I'd love to get to know you better." Then start doing things together, find out what this person likes, what they dislike, what makes them laugh...etc, etc. If they spend time with you finding out about you, then it might grow into true love.

If you love someone tell them. You might never get the chance again and ten years later you might be wondering I wish i had told that person. People's biggest fear is rejection but it's worth the risk - you never know perhaps that person has feelings for you too, and doesn't know how to tell you, but if you make the move you will know where you stand. Love should never be quiet. It doesn't help you. It doesn't help your interest. However, there are no promises this love is reciprocated. Better to take a chance and know either way. If it is not to be, then another shall be.

How does he feel toward you does he seem to truly care for you? If so take a chance and tell him it's the only way he'll know how you really feel.

you go up to the person and you tell them on a date or when you two are both at a romantic place. letting them know is the best thing for you do because if you keep it inside like i did with my first love, it'll be eating you up inside and toment you. trust me, i know from experience so go for it!

If you truly love someone, then it will flow out natrually. Now if your dating and he has not said it to you yet, I would not say anything. Have him say it to you 1st.
