Yes. He was wonderful. He could be very funny and break your heart at the same time. Find "The Kid" and "City Lights" and you'll cry your eyes out.
There are so many wonderful silent film stars. Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton (My favorite - "Steamboat Bill Jr") and Harold Lloyd (My obscure favorite, "The Kid Brother") are the 3 best, in my opinion. Find them and watch them, you'll be glad you did.
