(He's a Republican having his 78th birthday)
On the cover it has a silly picture of Dubya and he is saying "I know it's your birthday but I really could use your help with a problem." When you open it the card says "Iraqtile Dysfunction."
Yes, he does have a sense of humor.

Your father should enjoy any type of gift from you... as you're his daughter and you remembered his birthday. Some parents never receive greetings and salutations from their children, thus, you are acknowledging his contribution to your life. Sure, he'll enjoy your card. You could also be on the safe side and scotch tape a couple of aspirins inside the card... smile!

I'm a R, about 20 yrs younger, good sense of humor (or so I'm told).

However, I don't think the current Iraqi situation is particularly funny.

I guess it depends on what he thinks about what is going on there.

Enjoy him while he's here. Don't leave things for tomorrow. Sometimes tomorrow never comes.
