Call your local bee keepers, they will come and get them free of charge to you most of the time.
You must live in an area where the queen feels that it will be able to feed her growing brood.
Like all good mothers, we want food an housing for our children.
Besides, bee keepers are always on the lookout for new hives because even though the queen may live for 20 years, the hives are easily damaged by disease or animals.

if i were you i'd try to find a way to seal up crevices and cracks in the house and maybe find a smell that would drive the bees away .

because what you have most to fear is that the bees get inside the walls of the house and start building their hives.

then you really got a mess. believe me i have seen pictures of such on tv. messy.

maybe you could get a good bee keeper to smoke em out and set the hive in a better place.

once he gets the queen out and resets her, the workers and their hive will most certainly follow.

their job is to make honey and to protect the queen at all costs.

good luck.

find thee a bee keeper forwthwith.

HUGE

i have found that if you soak the hive with WD-40, let it all dry, knock it down, wash it all off with a water hose, then soak the entire spot with aerosol bug killer and let that dry that they don't come back

i have seen beehives bigger than me out in the wild!
