lines matches are fixed what is all about what the hell is wwe can someone plz tell me

They are not fixed, it's entertainment is a story, the wrestlers get a script and they have to follow it, in that sense all the matches have a winner before hand but it's mainly to enhance the story.

All the WWE matches have pre planned winners and high points. The majority of the matches are improvised by the wrestlers as they go on. High points, like Hogan slamming Andre and Batista kicking out of the Pedagree, are all planed. Also all the final winner of the matches are planned.
The WWE is notorious for changing their plans. At the Great American Bash, Khali, Lashley, and Mark Henry were all supposed to wrestler but were taken out because of injury or eneligability. So the WWE had to change its plans and substituted wrestlers in. There is also one instance where the match result was changed (The Montreal Screwjob). There are also some times when high points come in a match that are not planned (Mick Foley falling through the hell in a cell cage).

World Wrestling Entertainment has a system. Wrestler's are given the moves they need to perform in a match, they are given instructions on when to pin, and when they should kick out of a pin. They are given instructions on when and where they should go for their finisher ans whether or not they hit it. They don't have to do all the moves at a certain time, as long as they keep it in a certain time slot.
They also have a predetermined winner.

most matches are predetermined but thats to have a solid story line feuds and such other matches like dark matches usally arnt pre determined but they never show those
