Compare and contrast -- describe how the two lives are similar and then describe what makes them different.

You could look at e.g. their homes, their income (or that of their parents), the country, city or state they live in, their family (brothers and sisters etc), their religion (if any), whether they live in the town or the countryside, whether they live now or lived in the past, and so on.
