Depends what you include in "all the evil in the world."
A young pastor's wife being raped and murdered as she is unpacking boxes in the new home they've just bought is pure evil. Is a man dying of old age evil? What about someone who dies of cancer? What about a man going to jail for tax evasion? What about a young child being left a grade behind?
Sorrow, pain and loss are part of life in this fallen world. Sometimes we suffer because of our own sin, other times because of the sins of others, and often simply because we live in a world tainted by the fall - which means it's dangerous, hostile and often lethal.
If that's what you include in the inevitable - than yes, it's BOTH evil and inevitable.
But the great promise to Christians is that there is coming a day when Jesus Christ will bring us home to paradise for the rest of eternity. I realize that is not necessarily part of what you've asked in this Philosophy section, but that's my personal faith and belief.

If by "evil" you mean war, disease, poverty, and injustice, then yes – it's all perfectly natural, and generally not the work of hateful or sadistic people. (That DOESN'T mean we shouldn't try struggle against these things –Â just that we should be realistic about where they come from.)
On the other hand, there are truly evil people walking around –Â serial killers, for example. And it's certainly not inevitable to have the amount of suffering that we see in the world.

Everything that happens is not evil. Somethings happen and as a consequence, other events turn out badly, but that is more random chance than a person deliberately doing evil for malice. The decision to kill the Jews in concentration camps was evil. There is no justification for that. It appears to me that John W. Hinkley killing John Lennon was the act of an emotionally unstable person. Would you say that Heather Mills decision to wed Paul McCartney was evil? I would not. Either she did not think out the relationship, or she found herself in a place where she was unable to breathe. It is a tragedy

Evil is a term we give to any situation or idea that we do not understand or agree with. And because we understand almost nothing of this world or the people in it, most things are evil.

Oh It's evil allright, no doubt. Unfortunately it's also inevitable BUT just walk away. It's surely there and sadly it isn't going away anytime soon. Unavoidable or not? Yes it is. We are to run as fast as possible to the next good thing with our hearts.

It's still evil if it's inevitable. Like Agent Smith beating Neo.

Evil is all the possibilities that exist when one doesn't know the truth. Until one knows love is the only way to exist, they are capbale of the greatest evils. Those who are close to understanding love is the only thing that matters are also capable of the greatest evils, because they are closer to the truth and may have trouble resisting its power.

There is nothing like absolute evil or absolute good in this world. Being evil refers only to the circumstances and background of action. It is relative. What is good for you may be evil for me or vice a verse.

What amazes me is that no one views themselves or their actions as evil. We were horrified by the terrorist attacks on our country but to citizens in other parts of the world the attacks were common place and certainly not evil. I think that evil is just a matter of perspective.

Evil is a term to label all things that are agreed by the majority to be of conflicting interest by the perspective of that majority party.
